- MC's Pub opened in March 2026 at 13479 Business Center Drive. If you haven't been in yet, it's a reasonable candidate for a first summer patio night.
- Les Schwab Tire Center opened in March 2026 at 17994 Zane St. NW. Practical rather than exciting, but worth knowing before your next set of tires.
- Kwik Trip was scheduled to break ground in May on a new convenience store and gas station west of the Westbound Liquor Store, on the former Fox Haven lots. If you drive that stretch regularly, watch for the site work.
